A lump of scrap in the Prosser River, Orford.

This is another shot from Orford on the Banks of the Prosser River. I think these posts were in place to stop erosion but they seem to have failed as they are not holding back much!

The Tasman Highway leading into Orford as it winds alongside the Prosser River isn’t the best at any time but when heavy rain earlier in the month loosed the bank, things became decidedly slower with traffic held up for road works to clear the mess.
