Cliffs and Cows

Looking over cow paddocks towards some cliffs near Fingal. I am not sure but i think the cliffs might be on the border of the Douglas Apsley National Park

Not quite - Douglas-Apsley starts a bit further south than that. From memory, this is (possibly) part of the Fingal Tiers Forest/Regional Reserve.
A familiar sight from my travels to the east coast over the years.
